What To Do If You Have Had An Allergic Reaction
If you are having an allergic reaction and want to recover as quickly as possible, you need do the followings:
  • Stop eating (whatever you may be eating or have eaten the over the last few hours)
  • Drink at least 10 glasses of water during the day and only filtered water
  • Start to take large doses of Vitamin C  (2,000 - 3,000mg) every 30 - 60 minutes until it causes waterly stool (not diarrhoea). You may have to continue this intake for 8 - 24 hours
  • When the symptoms are gone, reduce the Vitamin C to 500mg and also include 400mg of magnesium and 50mg of vitamin B6 daily.
  • When all the symptoms are gone, be extremely careful to avoid those foods you were eating before your allergic attack.
The above action plans should help you cope with your allergic attacks and help you recover.
