To minimise Wheat allergy and other potential allergic attacks, and swiftly become allergy-free, you should follow the following anti-allergy diet closely:
  • Eliminate your food allergens
  • Minimise wheat and milk products even if you are not allergic
  • Have a large mixed salad every day
  • Take at least three portion of vegetable every day (including the sald)

  • Eliminate your food allergens
  • Minimise wheat and milk products even if you are not allergic
  • Have a large mixed salad every day
  • Take at least three portion of vegetable every day (including the sald)
  • Have at least three pieces of fruit every day
  • Eat red onions, apples and berries for sources of quercetin
  • Eat ground flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds.
  • Eat unfried, unbreaded oily fish rich in omega-3 fats (such as sardines, salmon and mackerel) three times a week
  • Drink at least eight glasses of water or herbal tea every day
