
To minimise Wheat allergy and other potential allergic attacks, and

anti-allergy diet closely:
- Eliminate your food allergens
- Minimise wheat and milk products even if you are not allergic
- Have a large mixed salad every day
- Take at least three
portion of vegetable every day (including the sald) - Have at least three pieces of fruit every day

- Eat ground flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds.
